| This was a great chance for us to get off a losing skid that went back to last season. The Olivet team worked hard but had trouble with our pressure. Kyle Thomas had a shut out in goal with three saves. The defense played perfect ball led by seniors Alex Comai, Justin Fourn, Gabe whitehead, Hunter Shive, and juniors Nathan Grennes, Killian Rahn, Alex Fourn, and others. The midfield was the key to this game, it was the best they have played all year. Justin Fourn had three assists from defense, William Hewitt added another, and Pepo Gonzalez added yet another. The big show tonight was Javier Santibanez scoring 5 goals and adding an assist. This was a huge step forward for our guys and hopefully we can build on it with Sturgis coming to town Wednesday. |
