The first half started slow and both teams struggled. In the second half the panthers started spreading the field putting passes together and found how to get by Portland’s back four. The panthers hit three goals in the second half ,1 by captain Abby Schwartz, and 2 from Captain Allison Beirgeder. Abby Schwartz and Kayla Vogel added assists and Ember Bortz had 8 saves in the 3-0 shut out.
