The girls came out sluggish and never really rebounded against an opportunistic Lumen Christi team. The captains and the team took this as a challenge to turn this low point into a new start. Junior defender Emily Lane was appointed as a new captain after hard work and leadership on the field the last couple games. Senior Ember Bortz had four saves in the loss. The girls look to rebound Friday against a very tough Parma Western team at Parma @6:30.
