All Pennfield students planning to participate in athletics in the 2021-22 school year will need a new physical before August 1, 2021.  Any physical that was done prior to April 15, 2021 will become invalid for MHSAA athletic activities on July 31, 2021. Your son or daughter’s doctor can complete a MHSAA sports physical during a well child visit.  MHSAA sport physicals are also available at the following locations:

Battle Creek Central Student Health Clinic located in the high school at 100 W Van Buren Street is open from 7:30am-3:30pm Monday thru Friday all summer.  The cost of a MHSAA sports physical is $30 with a sliding scale based on your insurance provider. Call 269-965-9539 for an appointment.
