All Pennfield students planning to participate in athletics in the 2021-22 school year will need a new MHSAA Sports Physical before August 1, 2021. [Form link: MHSAA Sports Physical Form] Any physical that was done prior to April 15, 2021 will become invalid for MHSAA athletic activities on July 31, 2021. Your son or daughter’s doctor can complete a MHSAA sports physical during a well child visit. MHSAA Sports Physicals are also available at the following locations:
Battle Creek Central Student Health Clinic located in the high school at 100 W Van Buren Street is open from 7:30am-3:30pm Monday thru Friday all summer. The cost of a MHSAA sports physical is $30 with a sliding scale based on your insurance provider. Call 269-965-9539 for an appointment.

MHSAA sports physicals at Bronson Urgent Care are available for $45 on a walk-in basis. Walk-in clinic hours are 8am to 6:30 pm seven days a week.
